  1. Rutherford not in the lineup. Though that was expected I imagine.
  2. Longenhagen Chat today: AJ 2:31 Hi Eric. Assuming Madrigal is moved quickly, what position does Moncada ultimately move to? CF? Thanks Eric A Longenhagen 2:31 That's what I'd expect.
  3. More Law Chat. Jeff 2:16 I know he's old for his level (high-A), but is Laz Rivera a potential diamond in the rough for CWS? Keith Law 2:17 Saw him for about 8 AB too. Three horrendous strikeouts to start it out - totally overmatched by a LHP with some deception - but I saw him hit a (Laz) rocket out the second game. Probably worth bumping him to AA, since he's 23, to get a better test of his abilities. I doubt he's really that much of a prospect, but he does have bat speed and obviously more hand strength than I first realized.
  4. From Law Chat today. Michael 2:08 After Eloy and Robert, which White Sox outfield prospect do you like the most going forward? Keith Law 2:08 Adolfo.
  5. Now Laz Rivera with a homer. His 3rd in High-A. Dash have put up 7 in the 7th and have 13 runs total. This offense can be nuts.
  6. Forbes HR #5. Still an intriguing prospect IMO in that he's behind the development curve due to how raw he was when drafted.
  7. Adolfo with HR #11.
  8. Lambert removed after 3.0 IP. 65 pitches.
  9. Lambert getting torched in Birmingham. Rutherford removed in the top of the 2nd inning for some reason.

  11. In case it was missed.
  12. Tim Anderson certainly has been a bright spot this year. I also like that he rubs people the wrong way. Especially the fun police crowd.
  13. Time for something positive. Luis Gonzalez hasn't missed a beat since moving to W-S. I'm pretty high on him. Wonder if he could get a taste of AA by the end of the season.
  14. Yep. Also I'm wondering if they have him tweaking something mechanically that might have contributed to the injury this spring. Just speculating of course.
  15. Feels like junior year Oklahoma Sooner Alec Hansen has returned. Still hoping he's just rusty from the time off, but that excuse can only go so far.
  16. I miss Dane Dunning.
  17. 5 BBs through 2 for Hansen. Sigh.
  18. Hrm. Where was that strike? Shoulda been a punch out.
  19. Hansen struggling again. 2 BBs and a WP in the 1st.
