If I made a list of major US cities and ranked them in order of how willing I would be to live there, NO might very well come in last. I think I'd pick Anchorage over NO.
It would be the same as resuming a game suspended by rain. Lineups remain the same. Any pitchers/players who had already been removed from the game are still ineligible to return.

This shoudn't surprise anybody--MLB is never going to overturn a judgment call, no matter how bad it was. The only thing that is going to get overturned is a misapplication of a rule.
Wow, Oakland just got totally screwed. Hit a homer with 2 out in the 9th down a run at Cleveland and it was ruled to be in play for a double. Replay clearly showed it was a homer but for whatever reason, umps did not change the call.
