I am concerned about Kearse's injury situation the last few years, so I too would like to see Wistrom in here. He and Lovie already know each other, so it will make for an easy transition. Try Priceline.com. You will not get to pick your exact airline or flight times, but you will save money. To help you in your bidding, there is another site that is basically a bidding guide for priceline. www.biddingfortravel.com. It lists out bids that people have won on priceline, so you won't have to overbid to get your flights/hotel rooms. You can't actually book anything thru this site, but it does save you alot of money. My sister-in-law got a hotel on Kannapali beach in Maui for $140 a night. The regular rate was $269 a night.

If I remember correctly, I paid around $140 for the full season package and they sent me a free Stanley Cup book to boot. I absolutely love it. Last season they showed the AHL All star game and some other special events. This year they showed the Edmonton - Montreal Outdoors game, the old timers game the preceeded that and they showed the games from the World Junior Championships. Of course, you don't get the Hawk home games, but we aren't worth watching this year anyways.

NHL Center Ice is offering a free preview January 12 - 18th. All you have to do is tune in and watch. You also have to sit through those bad Roenick & Anson Carter commercials, but what the hell it's free.

The Freebirds - Von Erich's in WCCW. The Snuka - Backlund/Albano feud in the WWF. The birth of Hulk Hogan, the Road Warriors, Jesse Ventura, Rick Martel, Scott Hall, etc in the AWA. Back when a feud was actually built over several months and culminated in a matchup. Back when a pay per view was actually a special event. Maybe 1 or 2 a year. Not this every month crap. Back when a wrestler had to actually have wrestling and mic skills to build the intensity for their feuds. Matches that lasted longer than 8 minutes. The Moondogs. Midnight Express. Rock -n- Roll Express. Gino Hernandez. Nikita Koloff...the list goes on.
