    cameron?

Ok I'll chuck in some more names to consider as well. Think most of em r free agents this off - season but I'm not too sure. Miguel Batista - Arizona Brian Anderson - Kansas City Wilson Alvarez - Los Angeles Adam Eaton - San Diego Ryan Franklin - Seattle Danny Graves - Cincinatti Livan Hernandez - Montreal Jason Marquis - Atlanta Tim Redding - Houston Jeff Suppan - Boston Jarrod Washburn - Anaheim Washburn and Scott Spiezio's contracts ended end of this year. Washburn made $3,875,000, Spiezio $4.25 million.
  2. Hmm good question. I've still got the game on my PC after all these years, but I'm not sure which site u'd go to to download the full game. I only pretty much hire games, burn em and get da cracks.
  3. Does any1 remember the song by The Ramones on The Simpsons when they sing Mr. Burns happy b-day. Funny stuff.

    cameron?

Shoe, Rauch, Stewart and Cotts will fight it out for da 5th starter's job, but we need to sign some1 to fill the no. 3 or no. 4 spot, since we can't just assume Jon Garland's gonna move up a spot after the year he had. Ponson at 3 wouldn't look too bad, or even Garcia or Weaver.
  5. Hmm didn't Syracuse lose Carmelo Anthony this year? Sorry but I've got no idea bout College Bball bein an Aussie and all.

    THE HOP

Don't u luv it when Sammy does da hop and it doesn't go for a Home Run. Priceless. Some1's gotta do a count of that next year.

I think Ponson mite resign back with Baltimore actually, if they get Pettite as well that'd be 1 heck of a rotation they'd be startin to build. Garcia mite do good if he gets out of Seattle and Cammy will be playin for Colorado if they can get rid of Jay Payton. Call it a hunch.
  8. Hmm I suppose but I mean Toronto just signed Klee on a 1 year deal and Chicago could have done that. He's gettin da same money as Igor Borolev down at Norfolk. What a joke.

    cameron?

Yeah he's a free agent this year but I don't think he'll be comin back in 2004. He's still dirty with da club for lettin him go and I don't think he'd ever come back to play with us. Playin at Safeco really hurt his numbers though.
  10. Gotta go Piazza just over Sosa, the guy can't even throw to 2nd from the catcher's spot. But most overrated player on a most bloated contract would be Appier or Mo Vaughn.
  11. That's why I wish they shoulda brought in a veteran d-man e.g Klee, Hatcher etc. cos da defense is gonna be da key for em. Deron Quint ain't gonna cut it, but I really like the look of Babchuk and Kukkonen looks a very steady playa. If they can get a full season out of Daze, I think they'll sneak into the #8 spot for da playoffs.

    manager

Larry Bowa's not fit to manage a Little League Team. He cut half da players for not following his orders.
  13. Hmm ok I'll pick Jon Rauch for our 5th starter because he really finished the year strong down at Charlotte and he deserves another oppurtunity when he's injury free. Our CF will be Aaron Rowand assuming he doesn't have a dirt bike accident in the off season. Reed needs time at AAA bf he'll come up.

    Joe Torre

Hmmm so much for Steinbrenner blowing his team up MINNEAPOLIS -- New York Yankees owner George Steinbrenner insists Joe Torre will be back to manage the team next season, no matter what the founder of USA Today thinks. Responding to a column in the newspaper by Al Neuharth, Steinbrenner gave Torre a vote of confidence Friday and said the manager will keep his job regardless of how the Yankees do this postseason. "My job is here, to manage this club. When he feels it's not good enough, then that's up to him," Torre said. New York and Minnesota were tied 1-1 in the best-of-five division series heading into Game 3 on Saturday at the Metrodome. Neuharth called Torre "baseball's most overrated manager" and said if the Yankees don't reach the World Series this year Steinbrenner could finally fire Torre. "As a lifelong Yankee fan, I think the head groundskeeper could have managed as well as, or better than, Torre has during the past three seasons' playoffs," Neuharth wrote. Steinbrenner disagreed. "I have great respect for Al Neuharth as a businessman and an innovator," the owner said in a statement. "On this one, he's wrong. He's been caught off base. Joe Torre is my manager. I support him. He's done the job. And he'll be my manager next year." Torre has been New York's manager since 1996, winning four World Series titles and five AL pennants. But he was criticized by Steinbrenner several times this season when the Yankees slumped. Well there maybe goes another canididate for our maingerial position.
  15. Yeah funny how most of da players who hav left da Sox haven't succeded elsewhere. Only Kip Wells pretty much.
  16. Toronto were wise in lettin him go. With the money they saved they picked up Myers, Cory Lidle and some otha guys.

    manager

    Frank Robinson
  18. Betcha they put the air conditioning on as well at da Dome
  19. I think da Red Sox will be pretty desperate for him as well just for da fact he throws so many complete games. If he pitched in Game 2 instead of Wakefield who only went bout 6 and a 1/3 that series would be all square. Of course any1's betta than Boston bullpen at da moment.
