Remember Carlos hardly had any power at all during the streak as well, he was just trying to put the ball in play so much. Either way, it's going to be hard to move Lee or Konerko but for the good of this team, if the right offer comes along, it should be done.

You'd have your gross profit and your net profit I'd say, but I'm only studying Accounting in College. Steff would probably be the person to ask about this subject. But it would be interesting to see what the operating revenue and expenses for the Sox yearly were for sure.

Contreras lately has only been going about 5 to 6 innings and his pitch count is up above 100. Like I said, he's got to stop using his splitter early, because hitters will lay off that for balls. Whatever you say about Contreras, he's signed for the next 2 seasons, and there's no doubt he'll be in our rotation.

Contreras has only been with the Sox about 2 months though. I don't think it's fair to judge his performances as a whole on that. You look at a case like Esteban Loaiza, nobody knows what numbers Contreras and Garland could put up next season.
