I think Freddy's last 2 starts haven't been as good as his early ones but he's still been pitchin well. I think Ichiro's the key for em, when his bat gets hot and he gets on base, they usually can score quite a bit. If we can keep him in check, it'll go a long ways to help winnin this series.

Look at our 2nd half schedule compared to Minny's, you'd rather play all the good teams early to get em out of the way.

The thing is with Garcia though is that he wants a 4 year $40 million deal when his contract ends this season, Seattle hav been offerin 3 years at $25 million. It is worth rentin Garcia for a few months if we aren't goin to resign him long term?

Unfortunately I still think the Mets or even the Dodgers will overpay for him.
