  1. A quick google search would tell you that Bubba isn't his real name
  2. Good thing I heard about how much Collins' swing changed when he initially got sent back down
  3. Yeah see I don't really give a shit if his average is .240 and his OBP is at .290 (which it won't be) if he's hitting 45 bombs a year and driving in 120
  4. Kind of crazy that his OPS is at ~780 and he's going to hit 30 homers despite the time he has missed yet & people here say his rookie year was disappointing. I think it's better really good.

But if you can't find and/or hold a job for the life of you, $8/hour is better than $0.
  6. But it doesn't "always" happen since before Thursday, the prior meeting was a Bears win to clinch the division, so not "always." I don't think any NFL game played by Todd Collins and Caleb Hanie for 50% of the game "should" result in a win for the team they're playing for.
  7. Weren't you literally going off the rails after they lost, even a few days after?
  8. You're the one who said "always," not "usually." Always doesn't make sense here, not in the least bit. Also, how was the NFCCG an "epic meltdown?" The Bears lost by 7 despite the 2nd and 3rd string QB's playing half the game. Your wording is just off.
  9. The 1 escaped me, yes
  10. Moncada, who could never hit .300 with an OPS above .870, is at .301 with an OPS of .891 on September 11 with 7 games left
  11. Kopech and who?
  12. Like when they beat them to clinch the division last year?

I've made it clear about my trip to Europe in October and a few have given me ideas on things to do. What about places to eat? What I'm looking for is moreso small cafes, street food, aka authentic foods for Paris and London. Any help? @The Sir @Bazox
  14. I rewatched the game twice. The OL was absolutely pathetic. Don't get me wrong, Trubisky wasn't good, but Massie was ok and the rest were downright pathetic.

Ever thought about going to a place like Robert Half and seeing if they can place you into a job? It's free to you and the burden would be on them.
  16. You could say that every year with every team. Take last year for the Bears. They would easily beat the Giants and Dolphins & probably lose 1/2 vs Minnesota and definitely vs the Rams... right?
  17. I think they finish with 73.
  18. I forgot Zach Duke ever pitched for the Sox before this
  19. Robert = Soriano Let Madrigal bat 2nd with the opportunity to work his magic- hit the ball the opposite way to move Robert from 2nd to 3rd. Never strikes out. That's the way I imagine it, although I understand your line of thinking in terms of having someone on for Robert
  20. It was either a pick 6 or an easy FG. that was awful
  21. No, you stand corrected Well your comment was that the only reason the Sox won a few games vs HOU was because they didn't face Verlander or Cole while referencing a box score where they scored 21. The two aren't correlated
  22. What does that have to do with the Astros scoring 21 runs today?
  23. I can't figure out if it's the most unfunny joke I've ever seen or the second most unfunny joke I've ever seen.
