I don't think anyone thought Madrigal should be up this season. Robert was 50/50 on the board. He'll be great still but right now the struggles are visible.

Trubisky went from well below average playing in a dogshit offensive scheme with CFL players at WR to going 29 TD/12 INT + a 67% CP last year with capable players and good coaches. I don't see a scenario where he isn't even better in 2019. Got to love the preseason, where every scrub is great and every good player sucks.

A lot of guys struggle out of the gate. No one expects Collins to be great. They do expect a good OBP guy but he was given inconsistent opportunity. With Reed you expect nothing. Reed was tossed away by a great Houston organization. You may end up being right but no need to give up on Collins yet.
