I’d probably send someone like Luis Gonzalez over him. Also, I’m guessing we might see Vaughn as there’s a good chance it’s his only opportunity.

Kid has played alot of baseball this season and you can tell he's a bit tired. I think like Madrigal the Sox feel his bat is too advanced anyway for AFL so he'll likely either start in Birmingham or W-S for a brief stint.

With Walker’s star brighter and Gonzalez having hit a wall, seemingly, just seemed logical. The more they know about Walker and Adolfo going into this free agency period, the easier it will be decide on what to do with RF, either a short or longer (3+) year deal.
