Not sure I agree on that. I think Robert's ceiling is Soriano. Regardless that'd be pretty damn good.

There's a double header vs DET on 7/3. If he were to throw that day, they could realign the rotation after the ASB and then he could pitch- if they're creative enough- against the Royals, Marlins, and Mets (as opposed to the Rays and Twins). That would somewhat ease the toughness of the opponent initially.

I guess I assumed that Zobrist would still receive his pay but it wouldn't be counted as a salary, kind of like in hockey when a guy gets put on LTIR. When Hossa went on that, he still got paid but it didn't count against the cap.

I was moreso agreeing with the "no culture, no vibrant downtown." Honestly, I have no fucking clue if the citizens of St. Louis care about the Blues. I'll never get a great pulse on the subject because that would mean I was in St. Louis and I have absolutely zero desire to go to that shithole again in my life.
