Isn't this part of Mike North's downfall? He was the biggest draw on the score. He broke up North and Jiggetts so he could have his own solo show. From what I heard, he often had non-sports segment on his show.

This is what killed the Bernstein and Goff show. I really enjoyed Bernstein back then, as that was right after the end of B&B. But Bernstein and Goff was terrible. It would always devolve into them ripping into a caller for being racist. The Score sucks now. Still living off the reputation of the glory days. Sports gambling is the only thing keeping it alive.

Bernstein had offers to be go national just like Greenberg did. He chose to stay as a local Chicago guy though. However, that was 20 years ago. Local radio guys were making big bucks back then.

Afternoon show is garbage without Parkins. Harris is a complete mess. The Midday show will now be completely unlistenable. Harris and Leila? Puke.
