  1. They should only count the posts in the Pale Hose forum.
  2. Ya know, this might not be such a problem if some of you guys didnt overestimate the sox team. Theyre an 85 win team, at best. no way dude. that's barly beter then last year. they have a much better team this year. They do? They have a worse lineup, better pitching, and teh same pathetic defense. I addition, those f***ing morons running this team just refuse to address the fact that their lineup is way too heavy in right handed hitters. Jose Valentine is a pathetic SS and carlos Lee is a worse LF. Sorry for the rant but i just get damn tired of seeing the sox lack the same s***, year after year after year. The heavy righty lineup bothers me, but i dont think it's weaker. Lee Has a sissy arm in LF, but made less errors last year. Lee impressed me with his pitch selection at the end of last season. Rowand Bothers me in CF. He gets a bad jump on the ball a lot. Maggs, Lee, Crede, Konerko are just getting better every year. Valentin will make some errors, but his clutch bat and good base running instincts make up for a lot of it. Eitehr way. I'll take him over the problem child Clayton. The weakest part of that lineup imo is 8-9 . Crede's batting 7th. How many teams would he hit 7th on? If Borchard can learn to cut down on K's the defense would improve and i'll bet he's up by the break. The main part is the pitching though. It's a hell of a lot better then it was last year. I dont see Garland taking a step back either. Frank Thomas will have a monster year too. He's looking for a rasie. I really dont see how this team is near equal to last year. One of the real weak spots ont eh team is Maunuel. he plays people for the hell of it. Letting Hosh Paul on teh roster was the Sox's yearly roster f*** up. I can see at least 90 wins. Woa! Is this RPS here? BACKING my Carlos? Kool! I completely agree with RPS here. The Sox will be all right this year. They just have to get past the start-of-the-season jitters. Welcome, CWSOX45! BTW, I love the # you have after CWSOX! He's my man!!!
  3. Ok, I was wearing my Sox hat, earrings, and Frank Thomas batting practice jersey all day long. So, walking home from work, I'm still all decked out and such. This one Cub fan yells out at me "Who's 1-0 and who's 0-1?" I yell back "Who's finished with a better record in 40 of the last 50 years, f***tard? There are still 161 f***ing games left, asswipe!" Cub fans, I'll tell ya!
  4. Geez, that's what happens when you play K-Layton so much like you did last year. Puts Jose in an uncomfortable situation when he actually is playing the 6. Jose doesn't look good out there at all!
  5. The Sox very first error...Valentin, c'mon now. Get going.

He gets a double in his first at bat of the 2003 campaign. All right!
  7. Trying to get some brownie points from me, I see! Oh yea, I can feel it! 9-2 Sox, Maggs and Lee hit homers, Buehrle gives up nada on a couple hits, while Koch impresses.
  8. You know it, Jason!!! And we're gonna beat the crap outta everyone this year! The 2003 Sox will be better than the 1927 Yankees!
  9. LOL! Oh, Little Boat inhabitants: Don't get dismayed if you see Ncorgbl sporting nothing but speedos. That's just his nature. We've grown accustomed to it.
  10. Yea, Baby!!! What the f*** ever happened to Num1SoxGirl? And get Oldsingleton here!!!!
  11. I'll let hotsoxchick1 tell ya the story about the Little Boat. She likes to tell it.
  12. And so, my friends. It is time for us to embark on our fourth trip aboard the Little Boat. Sgt. Sat will hopefully be able to lead us to the Far Shore, where we will board the Little Tank. Keaddy and Ncorgbl will always ride the lifeboat off starboard. hotsoxchick1 will provide you with the best margaritas ever, and I remain the Head of Entertainment. Onward, to the Far Shore!!!
  13. It's time for our prayer service for good health this season. So, get in the Soxnet chat room. Hope to see you all there.

  15. First off..... I guess the bombing-run in Kosovo in '99 was for the betterment of the Serbian people because I didn't hear jack-s*** from any-f***ing-body when the US and Bill Clinton bombed them. Having said that..... I'm Polish, Irish, Scottish, Ukranian, and..... GOD HELP ME..... :puke French. Live in Tinley Park right now but grew up on 61st and Kilbourn in Chicago's SouthSSSSSIIIIIDDDDDEEEEE!!!!! Hey Killa, I'm part Scottish as well! We should hook-up and make part Scottish babies the possibilities are unbound!!!

  17. If anyone should boycott anything at all, it's french toast.
  18. ...and soon, everyone on opposing lineups are gonna find out what they wish they wouldn't ever find out--that they are Buehrle's b****es!!! I PREDICT at least 22 victories with Cy Young considerations.
  19. They announced Buehrle as the starter a while back. The reasoning: Colon wants to start in the Tribe's home opener, and rightfully so! He's gonna have a field day at The Joke on the 7th of April!
  20. Would they be doomed if I posed in the magazine wearing nothing but my White Sox earrings?
  21. So does this mean that the speed of the site will increase even more?
  22. Oh, I'd definitely be all over your ass WHEN Carlos has a flat out awesome year!!! I'll have to find something to smack your asses with right now so I'm prepared to administer the greatest beating I've ever administered at the end of the season...
  23. I'm only a half hour from the ballpark, but I can't make many games due to a lack of funds/car. Fortunately, I probably will be able to afford a car this year, but the finances are probably gonna be tight, so I'll make as many games as I can without putting my pocketbook in the poorhouse.
  24. And while that horse is dead, the REAL horse, (aka CABALLO) will be alive and kicking ass!!!! GO CARLOS LEE!!!!!
