  1. More correct words have never been spoken!!!
  2. All I've heard is that he supposedly is going to come up with a decision by the end of this week.
  3. You may not wanna get that thing dirty! I mean, we could be talking AL Cy Young before too long, and you'd want to get that baby autographed and put behind glass if that were to happen.
  4. If you remember the old Whitesox.com boards (the ones run by Ignite rather than these cookie-cutter sites they've had the past two seasons), there was a poster with the user name of Num1SoxGirl (her name was Kelly, if I remember right). She had this slogan at the bottom of her posts reading "WSWS." That slogan means "World Series White Sox," and I couldn't agree with her more than now!
  5. That's only because some Trib writers do not know what the hell they are talking about with respect to the Hawks, so they use speculations going on at the message boards over at blackhawkzone.com for material so they look like they have a clue! They don't actually investigate their topics. There was just a big thread at blackhawkzone.com regarding this issue about a week or so ago, where one poster just basically posted a "what if" idea regarding Iginla.
  6. Easily Kip Wells. He clearly had a great upswing that wasn't fully able to be viewed in 2001. He was just beginning to show what he was made of, and then he was traded. But now I'm thinking that if this trade never happened, would we have gone for Colon this offseason? I'm a firm believer of fate, knowing that things happen for a purpose.
  7. Could you archive the show for me and play it in the wee hours of the night? I work every Monday night and would absolutely love hearing Hawk talk.
  8. Baggio, That has to be one of your funniest posts EVER!!! LMFAO!!!
  9. What are your ideas of possible slogans the Sox could use somewhere this season? I was thinking a real cool slogan for the Sox would be: "Hey MLB... :
  10. Jason, I have never agreed with you more than I do here!!! The Sox are about to take an entire century of frustration out on MLB this year!!! I think the Mariners of 2001 only lost a couple series over the course of the season...Well, I see no problem with us winning every series of 2003! Ladies and gentlemen, we are about to witness one hell of a season right before our eyes. And I'll be very glad to share it with my 12-year-old sister, who has more than caught on with a deep passion for the Sox. The official slogan for the 2003 Chicago White Sox should be: Hey MLB...
  11. Thinking about it, the Sox should easily win the World Series this year. It's all in the numbers: The Sox haven't won the World Series in 85 years, and the Bears had a stellar year in '85. There's a correlation here, which points us to believing this is our year!!!
  12. The major problem is a two-edged sword. First of all, the Hawks are majorly lacking of a physical presence. Secondly, they play passively on the power play. In addition, the Hawks just got through their toughest month of the season. Look for an improvement in their conference standing soon! Oh, and the ABC line is $$$!
  13. Hey RPS...Perhaps you should get a dog leash for Joeybatters! He can't be getting too out of line...LOL! But I'm sure he knows you will beat his ass any time!!!
  14. Then he's the perfect guy for us to throw at them when they throw Joe Mays at us!!!
  15. Since when did you play for the Sox? LOL!!! I have a Frank Thomas batting practice jersey. If I can scrounge enough money up, I'll get myself a home white Carlos Lee game jersey.

Mike, maybe they could find a way to rename Armour Square Park in your honor.
  17. Not if the goat eats the baseball gods!
  18. Don't you think things will be different THIS May?
  19. Speaking of margaritas, are you ready to assume your role aboard the Little Boat once again? I've heard you've been refining your technique, and your margaritas are even better than before! I so can't wait to taste more of your margaritas on the Little Boat...Makes my job as Head of Entertainment that much easier. Oh, and I'm just flying sky high over the possibilities for this season!
  20. I don't know, maybe its just me, but I never really see too much of a difference in his size year to year....maybe the size of his head, but his body seems to be always HUGE. not as HUGE as ur avatars LOL! That guy makes Rich Garces look like a twigboy!
  21. That's quite impossible when the Cubs are going to be nearly the bottom-feeders of their division. If it weren't for Milwaukee, they WOULD be the bottom-feeders of their divison. The Cubs are always gonna suck, and nothing's gonna change from that. The Sox, on the other hand, will have a better season than 2000. I could see them going all the way.

Hell yeah ! Advertise us all you want! Maybe the best way for us to get the word out about SNR would be to replace that TDK Watterhouse sign at Comiskey with an SNR sign.
  23. I agree. Hurt's been spending lots of time in Vegas working on his fundamentals, so I have heard. He looks like he's in very great shape from what I've seen on TV and in pictures. Can anyone who went to Sox Fest comment on his size? I'm looking forward to seeing the Hurt reverting back to mid-90s form and making a run (of course with Magglio) at the AL MVP award. His leadership is necessary; with it, we can do deep into a beautiful sunset this year!
  24. Halleluia!!! Maybe we can get you to do a sermon from the Holy Gospel according to Jerry Manuel.
