They do seem to bounce back well after losses. The offense is the only hope today. Hopefully they come out hungry after being shutdown last night.

There were ways to line up Gio & Kechel to open the postseason while also pitching them in meaningful division games. Punting today's game with the tiebreaker on the line still baffles me. Maybe Lopez doesn't suck, but too much at stake to risk it imo.

Correct. Today the 17th is 45 days for Rodon so he could conceivably return tomorrow. Bummer could return next Tuesday the 22nd.

The are both on the 45 day IL retroactive to their first 10 day IL stint. Dates matter when waiting for 45 days to elapse.

Rodon went on the IL August 4th. Bummer August 8th.
