Jose Abreu

It's not alarming to me because it's something he has improved on as the season progressed. Month by month, his strikeout rate has gone down, with one exception. His rate this month is down to 24%. In my opinion, a player who walks often (which he has been doing lately) and strikes out often (say < or equal to 25%. which I think Moncada can get to long-term) is still more valuable than someone who doesn't strike out and doesn't walk (such as Madrigal's projection).

I don't see what's so wrong with a 2-3 WAR season from a raw 23 year old 2B. Not directed at you specifically but I don't know why people think he's having such a bad year. He isn't.

It was real fun. Players seemed to feed off of it. Leury was loving it

Adam Engel has a higher batting average than Bryce Harper

John Axford is starting tonight for Toronto. They're doing a bullpen game

CHECK. THOSE. BOXES.

There's a joke in here somewhere

@Chicago White Sox please never title a game thread in this format ever again.

It's Stroman! Gotta give him a chance to go deep against his rival

But can he check the boxes on the road? (yes I know they're on the road)

While I disagree that they should be promoted due to boredom (they should be promtoed because they are ready and it’s likely best for their development), posts like this are gonna look pretty foolish when the new CBA completely changes the service time rules.

Fegan is good but is sometimes too overly pessimistic for my liking. Either way, at least he puts out a lot of content. I agree that NBCSC does a good job even if they may be overly optimistic. I'm just waiting for someone to be in between!

Lol, of all teams....

Good. I want to see force ghost Anakin

And by out, do you mean to the Majors? And by someone, do you mean Eloy?

So now he's at AAA but they have like 68 outfielders

Delmonico
