Sox Acquire All-Star 3B Todd Frazier from Reds in 3 team deal
QUOTE (HickoryHuskers @ Dec 16, 2015 -> 11:48 AM) What are the Dodgers going to do with Trayce? 6th OF behind Puig, Ethier, Crawford, Pederson and Van Slyke? I guess so

Wow. Great news. Of course it happened during the one 45-minute period of the day in which I can't look at my phone.

Viable Trade Candidates That Wont Cost Anderson or Fulmer?
QUOTE (striker @ Dec 15, 2015 -> 08:02 PM) I want Jake Lamb. Sounds like he could be had with Drury able to take his place. Interesting 3B candidate who should be relatively cheap. Lawrie could slide to 2B. A back-up plan if we don't land Frazier, perhaps?

I agree that you should check the browser. For me, I don't use Safari, can't watch videos on Firefox, but I can on Chrome. Seems backwards, I know.

An alternative to the White Sox market conundrum
The article suggests trading Quintana, but it's hard to keep wasting Sale/Abreu in their primes. I'd either go all in or all out, meaning if I trade Quintana for a non-Earth shattering return, I'd blow it up and trade Sale/Abreu too.

2015-2016 NBA Thread
QUOTE (DBAHO @ Dec 15, 2015 -> 09:10 PM) DeMarcus Cousins is a bit of fools gold to me. His Usage Rate is Off the Charts and he's only shooting 43% for the season, which for a big man is terrible. Now in the right system and with the right players around him, he's an All - Star, but if you ask him to carry your team, you're going to end up like Sacramento and in mediocrity for a number of years. To be fair, his lower 2015-2016 shooting % is due to the fact that he now takes 4.0 3-pointers a game at 30%, as opposed to 0.0 per game for the rest of his career.

Cespedes Re-signs with the Mets
QUOTE (soxfan2014 @ Dec 15, 2015 -> 05:01 PM) Don't see how it's any different than any other site that cites a reference (in this case a tweet). That's all mlbtr is. True, but Sports Mockery is terrible. They once cited me as a source for a Bears rumor. They've cited other posters on here as well.

Cespedes Re-signs with the Mets
QUOTE (ChiSoxFanMike @ Dec 15, 2015 -> 04:39 PM) Sports Mockery just posted that the Sox are in on Cespedes, FWIW. Not worth anything. It's Sports Mockery.

Sox sign C Hector Sanchez
QUOTE (SouthsideDon48 @ Dec 15, 2015 -> 12:30 AM) Oh yea? Jose Quintana would like to say hi. QUOTE (SouthsideDon48 @ Dec 15, 2015 -> 12:31 AM) This. But this. QUOTE (NorthSideSox72 @ Dec 14, 2015 -> 01:03 PM) After the fact. The whole concept of risk-reward is the picture BEFORE, not after. And there is no such thing as low-risk, high-reward before hand. It's a fantasy. Either you are high-risk and high-reward, or low-risk and low-reward. If low risk, high reward signings existed, GMs would be jumping at the opportunity to sign Hector Sanchez, or whomever else is classified as low risk, high reward.
