QUOTE (caulfield12 @ Mar 26, 2016 -> 07:33 PM) What are the current odds of Davidson or Sands making the team over Sanchez? Haven't been following spring training much the past couple of weeks, other than noticing that Erik Johnson "hope" all off-season turned out to be another mirage. Really don't think they are taking sanchez no matter what. Davidson probably needs to be playing every day. Sands maybe but also need someone to back up 1st. Ishikawa could be more in play being lefthanded and plays 1st. Tho that all could change if they decide to take 13 pitchers with only 1 day off in april
-
With one off day in April, Ventura said 13 pitchers not out of equation. "We’ve been discussing that, definitely." https://twitter.com/CST_soxvan/status/713869095767179264

C Alex Avila saying back not serious, something he deals with every spring. Usually it's worse than this, he said. Day-to-day. https://twitter.com/CST_soxvan/status/713843971877830656

Pretty worried about Avilas back. Last time the sox had that injury in camp led to a players kid not being allowed to come in the club house all the time.

Appears to be a few cuts coming today. Tim Anderson's locker was empty. #WhiteSox https://twitter.com/CSNHayes/status/713041057529724928

Two starts ago, John Danks tipped his pitches and Dioner Navarro caught it. Since then he's put up 11 straight scoreless innings. https://twitter.com/CSNHayes/status/712763749547913216

Today, the @whitesox face Carlos Carrasco, who they've hit well historically (5.76 ERA v. Sox, 3rd highest vs any team). 3 CT @CSNChicago. https://twitter.com/jasonbenetti/status/711886724410904576 -

QUOTE (South Side Fireworks Man @ Mar 20, 2016 -> 05:02 PM) He needs to work on that in AAA this year. I'm guessing he will be dhing alot this year
-
I think the way Davidson is playing would be ahead of sands.if he continues hitting then I would take Davidson who could dh
-
Dont know if this was posted but pretty much summing it up http://www.southsidesox.com/2016/3/19/1126...ite-sox-players

Don't think this changes the odds but if Sox dont start contending here on out it think that will affect. 4 years left and I really can't see sox throwing 30 million a year for like at least 6 yrs.

Well eatons arm didn't fall off throwing a ball in lol

This is pretty funny I couldn't help myself https://t.co/0r7c2Ft8YD https://twitter.com/everything_sox/status/711275604419588096

Another point is I'm sure Kenny wants to continue to improve on his career and go up. I can't believe he would go rogue and start trouble if it meant him getting fired and loosing credibility to further his career. Again if he was acting alone then the sit down with Jerry and Laroche should have cleared the misunderstanding. LaRoche still retired. Both have faults for the way things were handled.

QUOTE (Condor13 @ Mar 18, 2016 -> 11:02 PM) I think it depends on if he had an agreement or a clause in his contract. If he did then he was well within his right to ignore KW. If he didn't then LaRoche will have caused most of this. The only person I will believe about the agreement at this point is JR. KW can't be trusted, neither can LaRoche. It was reported that there wasn't anything in his contract that said he could have his kid with him all the time. So it's a moot point. Maybe a verbal agreement but if the Sox are worried out safety of the kid or someone complained about him being there then the sox have the right to go back on their word
-
QUOTE (Condor13 @ Mar 18, 2016 -> 09:44 PM) That is not why he was vocal today. It was bc KW LIED to the team and has told numerous stories and now noone knows the truth. I think Kenny was falling on the grenade for the team. If robin would have said something there would have been mutiny and lost the locker room. If player said something then you have all the other players looking down on him. Other coaches then you are to lose players trust. Hahn which if did make agreement on kid then would lose respect for signing future players. If Kenny was acting alone and rogue then I'm sure Laroche could've gone to Jerry to settle things unless Jerry is to loyal which can't image that would totally ruin the organizations look for letting a rogue employee go off. Jerry met with Laroche and yet he still retired so Jerry must of known fully what was going on and agreed. It's faults on both parties for letting thinks go like this.

White Sox chairman Jerry Reinsdorf met with Adam LaRoche one on one yesterday. He also plans to meet with the players at some point https://twitter.com/scottmerkin/status/710916143373012992
-
Problem now for #whitesox is either LaRoche is lying and players backed him, or Williams is lying. Cover up often worse than the crime. https://twitter.com/Joelsherman1/status/710918623477547009

QUOTE (chw42 @ Mar 18, 2016 -> 02:40 PM) They're paying him millions to play baseball. The expense of having his kid around is miniscule compared to his contract. Yes but is not sox job to pay for the kid. Then why doesn't ever player bring the kids with them all the time.
-
QUOTE (chw42 @ Mar 18, 2016 -> 02:36 PM) I guarantee you he didn't pay anything. Seriously what kinda person are you take advantage of that. There no way in hell he should be making the Sox take care of the kid too.
