I think Rodon only threw 80-85 pitches in his last start so building him back up makes a ton of sense and has nothing to do with tin foil hat tanking.

Same here. If the Sox feel Singer can continue to improve his change up then sign me up. The kid is already a strike thrower with great movement on his fastball and slider. Imagine his potential if the change up continues to improve and the Sox teach him to throw a cutter, which the Sox are known for. I really don't see why Singer couldn't learn to throw a cutter.
