  1. 24 years old and had the world in his hands. Life is cruel sometimes. May he rest in peace.
  2. QUOTE (KyYlE23 @ Sep 23, 2016 -> 06:22 PM) http://www.totalprosports.com/2016/09/23/r...utm_campaign=fb Savage Lol that POS deserves it
  3. QUOTE (raBBit @ Sep 24, 2016 -> 09:19 AM) While Williams isn't playable once Bell comes back like you guys are saying, I won't go as far as saying he has no value. I own both Bell and Williams in a 12 man PPR and I will be keeping Williams on my bench for the duration of the year unless I suffer serious injuries/desperation. Williams is the absolute best handcuff in football. If you own both of them, you can be sure you have an RB1 play every week. That's a huge advantage in today's day and age. My point being, Williams will not even have flex value on a week to week basis, but he certainly still has value. If Bell doesn't wake up for his drug test you're still set at RB1. I agree with this, Williams is a must stash on your bench. Bell is definitely RB1 when he's back but he's coming off a knee injury and if he has trouble finding a groove Steelers might get impatient and go to what works sooner than later.
  4. QUOTE (maggsmaggs @ Sep 23, 2016 -> 07:09 AM) I have the Pats D and started them, but while they had a shutout, they only put up 15 points. That's not a solid number, but it isn't like when a team has a defensive TD and special teams TD, 5-sack game, etc. Better real-life defensive performance than fantasy. My league has that 20 pt Defensive shutout so he ended up with 30 points and I already trail by 9. Hoping the rest of his team falls apart.
  5. The guy I'm facing started the Pats D. Didn't expect a shutout. f***
  6. QUOTE (chw42 @ Sep 22, 2016 -> 01:10 PM) Parker. Miami's playing Cleveland. QUOTE (raBBit @ Sep 22, 2016 -> 04:12 PM) Plus, if memory serves, he got 11-12 targets last week and had a great 2nd half. Thanks fellas, If he's healthy I'm starting him.
  7. Pick one to start: DeVante Parker or Tajae Sharpe?
  8. QUOTE (SoxAce @ Sep 20, 2016 -> 08:21 PM) Too bad team USA is run by a bunch of dinosaurs and an idiot of a head coach. Some snubs that should be on the team, they prioritizing grit over skill, etc. Granted some of the better USA players are on team NA, guys like Johnson, Kessel, Okposo, etc should of been here. Guys like Bowman, Lombardi, etc should be running future teams at this point. Thank god the Blackhawks never wasted Kane's prime years like this international braintrust has. QUOTE (LittleHurt05 @ Sep 20, 2016 -> 09:20 PM) Torts is the worst. +1 to both these posts. USA got dominated yesterday, the tourney is decent but yesterday's game was dead and USA being eliminated is going to kill most of the little interest that was there anyway.
  9. QUOTE (SoxAce @ Sep 21, 2016 -> 07:17 AM) Thanks man. I'd probably have to drop Gordon or Henry since my bench currently is Edelman/Hurns, (whoever I don't start this week) D. Allen, Gordon, Henry, McKinnon and Devonta f***ing Freeman who is now officially replaced by Forte on the don't cut list. I don't know if I wanna drop Henry just yet. His workload has increased each week so far and even though Gordon is suspended for another week, he's going to be a steal I'd bet. I could swing a trade too. I'm pretty loaded at WR now (Green, Parker, Diggs, Edelman, Hurns, Gordon). Yea I'd definitely keep Henry over Asiata if that's the case. Henry spells Murray a bit more and Asiata is a total wild card right now so yea. Also you're pretty damn set at WR,maybe you could swing one of those guys for a #1 RB.
  10. So if Dez gets the workload like he did last week he should be fine until Romo is back at WR1. I need WR2 and Flex advice fellas. I got Tajae Sharpe at WR2-Stay or play Enunwa(vs KC) or Parker (vs Cle)? I have Theo Riddick at Flex-Stay or play one of receivers from above?
  11. QUOTE (SoxAce @ Sep 21, 2016 -> 06:10 AM) Wow.. amazingly I wound up getting both Parker and McKinnon. Dropped Hill and Yeldon. Gotta figure out who to start now although I'm probably going to start Parker as my flex and Diggs has emerged as a damn good WR2 so far. Leaving Forte and Williams at RB until I see how Vikings use Mckinnon. How did everyone else do with claims this week? Lol I was coming in to post that I picked up Parker and I'm iffy about picking up Asiata. Mckinnon I drafted, dropped after week 1, and now he's probably getting the lions share of the work so nice pickup for you. Honestly Diggs has really broken out, dude should be treated like a #1. You're in a pretty good spot not needing Mckinnon right off the bat. If you can afford to stash Asiata I'd do it and drop whoever flops next week.
  12. QUOTE (LittleHurt05 @ Sep 20, 2016 -> 11:45 AM) What? Meathead Bears fans are the ones who hate Cutler more than anything else because he doesn't get mad or yell. This is exactly right. Source: Dad
  13. QUOTE (Chisoxfn @ Sep 19, 2016 -> 11:37 PM) So play calling was brutal. We clearly lack talent. Yup aside from the injuries being the worst thing to happen last night, the play calling was absolutely brutal.
  14. QUOTE (chw42 @ Sep 19, 2016 -> 10:37 AM) After watching the Chiefs and the Bears play the Texans, I think it's fair to say that we might have underrated the offense a bit in week 1. The fact that the o-line kept Watt and Clowney fairly quiet is pretty impressive. They were all over Alex Smith yesterday. This is so true, last week I thought the Bears had a nice 1st half and in the 2nd half just got out-talent'd so they deserved to lose but they put up a fight. After watching Smith get pummeled yesterday it made last weeks game look even better, I think they win tonight.
  15. So I keep hearing how Mckinnon is going to be really good stepping in for AP yet Asiata got most of the carries after AP went down yesterday. What gives? Also credit to GB defense last night on gameplanning well for stuffing the run but Bradford was getting beat up out there, so maybe AP was struggling because his Oline sucks.
  16. QUOTE (bmags @ Sep 19, 2016 -> 09:26 AM) Man, Vikes look like they have a superbowl level defense but how many more injuries can they take? They are so fast to the football it's crazy. Their lateral quickness and tackling is better than Denver IMO. If Bradford keeps playing like he did last night, they will win the division with Asiata as the starting RB.
  17. QUOTE (chw42 @ Sep 19, 2016 -> 01:03 AM) And then I lose AP to injury. God fantasy football sucks. I don't want to rub it in, but everything that happened to you is the reason I won. I had woodhead leave the game and Sanu was a bust yesterday while Dez had a good game so I made my own mistakes too.
  18. QUOTE (raBBit @ Sep 16, 2016 -> 03:09 PM) I hope they get swept in the NLDS. I've been the "Sox guy" ever since I was a little kid. Back in the day, we'd have some fun and go back and forth with it and then once the Sox won most of the s*** talking went away. All of a sudden everybody became Hawk fans. Recently, a bunch of people who don't know baseball and have never talked baseball with me have started talking the s*** again. I am annoyed by it. I don't hate the Cubs team or their players but I wish their fans' suffering to continue. Maybe that's immature, but oh well. This is spot freakin on. It's unfortunate their fans are the most obnoxious, frat bros types (maybe 2nd to Boston but it's a close race) because the team itself is pretty likeable aside from Maddon. Saying that I'm not gonna be guilted by my Cubs fan friends and Chicago media into cheering "for the Chicago team". F*** that, I'm a Sox fan, the more the Cubs suffer the funnier it is for me and just about every other Sox fan.
  19. I know there were a few penalties last night, but I gotta say that was another fun Thursday night game. I also checked out the Twitter stream just to see how it was and I was impressed, nice job by the NFL doing this. Hopefully more leagues follow.
  20. Matt Forte giving me 31 pts yesterday really giving me the scaries, it's too good of a start to my fantasy week. I hope the rest of my squad doesn't flop. I keep seeing Dez really sucks against Washington and I'm leaning towards benching him for someone like Sharpe or Michael Thomas. I'm keeping Sanu at WR given he's healthy. Anybody have any thoughts about benching Dez this week?
  21. QUOTE (bmags @ Sep 15, 2016 -> 02:15 PM) Roughly 1/5th of my waiver budget. Ouch, I think he'll work out for you though. Even if just a flex. And you're right about people always overvaluing week 1, some guy in my league tried telling me Lamar Miller wasn't enough for Willie Snead...
  22. QUOTE (bmags @ Sep 15, 2016 -> 01:27 PM) I say this as someone who paid way too much for fuller - people are putting way too much emphasis on week 1. What did you give up for Fuller?

QUOTE (Rowand44 @ Sep 13, 2016 -> 06:11 PM) With everything going on in the world right now, I'm pretty pumped for South Park starting up tomorrow. QUOTE (SoxAce @ Sep 14, 2016 -> 09:06 PM) Watching it now. First 5 minutes and its brilliant. Love these new storyline seasons they're giving us, I like the old style as well but for a few seasons I don't mind these. Can't wait to see more of the Memberries (is that how it's spelled?) and
  24. QUOTE (chw42 @ Sep 14, 2016 -> 04:52 PM) If Sanu is healthy, start him. I'd go Sharp at #2, Thomas at #3, and Rogers at #4 if Wheaton still can't play. QUOTE (TRU @ Sep 14, 2016 -> 06:40 PM) Sanu if hes playing followed by Sharpe, Thomas, Rogers, Wheaton Thomas is probably the play this week over Sanu regardless.. That Giants/Saints game should be a big time shootout You guys convinced me, I'm leaving Sanu in unless his ankle gets worse. Thanks guys.
  25. QUOTE (bmags @ Sep 14, 2016 -> 03:45 PM) boo hoo he ran on the field back in my day i would have been working and wouldn't have even been at the game! Nobody ever ran on the field when I grew up, we all wore suits and said hello gentleman, enjoying the sporting game? Yes sir!
