  1. I agree with Levine, I won't be surprised to see TA the first one traded. I've had enough of Moncada but who would want him and his contract.
  2. At least the Hawks gave us 3 Stanley Cups last decade and 4 in my years as a fan.
  3. As I mentioned in another thread, if we get swept by the A's it's time to re-tool. The White Sox are in my DNA and I will continue to watch and pull for them but this year has really been a test.
  4. If we get swept by the A's which is a good possibility as they also swept the Astros then we have to blow up this this team of losers and quitters. I don't know if I can take watching this sorry cast of characters any longer. Build around Cease, Kopech, Robert and Vaughn and I'd keep Jose to DH. There are no other untouchables. FUCK JR AND TLR.
  5. Maybe they want to be traded, they know this is one screwed up organization.
  6. You couldn't write a book about the 2022 White Sox season, the players and the manager. It's beyond fiction, simply unbelievable.
  7. Huge loss, we had some nice momentum going with 3 straight wins and it would have been great heading home 2 games out and 2 games over .500. These guys can't afford to lose anymore games like this, it's crunch time.
  8. The guy I wanted is now a Yankee. The rich get richer.
  9. 70 years for me and the triple play will always blow my mind in my remaining years. I'm not sure on the pick off with a walk, might have seen that before. One thing for sure is the intensity of this team is missing most of the time, they make stupid mistakes and sometimes are just plain lazy, this has to be on TLR and if the Sox bring him back next year it will go down has the biggest blunder of JR's ownership which has seen so many.
  10. The trouble for the last 4 decades is that asshat and his cronies that own the team. JR, sell the team now and take the huge profit and move back to Brooklyn where you belong. We won in 2005 inspite of you.
  11. You gotta be frigging kidding.
  12. Cueto has been around, he should be OK, Kopech, I'm not sure.
  13. Too bad he can't play rightfield.
  14. That's what I think.
  15. Playing golf today a fellow a few years older than me (76) plopped down on 13th hole green, I was marking my ball and heard him going down and thought he was having a heart attack, it was Vertigo but scared the crap out of me and the other 2 guys in our foursome. He was able to finish the round but I can tell he wasn't himself, the poor guy also suffers from Parkinsons Disease, he doesn't have problems with full shots but putting is another story.
  16. I hate long term contracts but they're a fact of life in today's game, if I was an owner, 3 years would be the max.
  17. Unless we get hotter than hell, I'm going with 12-7.
  18. And they sit at only .500. They need a long winning streak like the Phillies had when they changed managers and maybe make a run like the Mariners.
  19. I'm curious, what do you most of you think is going on behind closed doors with Hahn and William's, they are not dummies and see the same bizarre moves by TLR that we do, do they have any input at all, have they approached JR with their feelings or are they in fear of losing their jobs and keeping quiet and allowing this shit show to go on. I'm thinking they were against bringing TLR on board as manager but are staying quiet but at the end of the season will tell JR, we told you so.
