The Mighty Mite

He had a long way to go as he was almost at shortstop. I don’t know why Teel always hangs on to his mask.

No use crying over spilled milk but where would the Sox be if we had a healthy Teel since opening day and of course Mune out for 6 weeks.

WTF, Now they are watering down the infield

That’s ok, next time we come to Cleveland we will have a healthy Mune.

Now they are talking about a 3:10 EDT start. This should be grounds (no pun)for a forfeit.. Not really. The last time I looked at the Cleveland forecast, more rain was expected around 4PM.

Yes.

How could the ground crew not address the warning track wet conditions earlier. This would never happen at the Rate with Roger Bossard in charge.

September 22, 1959 was a day I’ll never forget, bottom of the 9th, Vic Power up with the bases loaded and 1 out, first pitch and a grounder to Aparicio, Little Looie stepped on 2nd and threw the ball to big Klu to complete the double play I jumped so high in our front room I almost hit the ceiling with my head. There are some videos around that show the DP as a 6-4-3, Fox was not involved in the DP that won the game. That 6-4-3 DP happened earlier in the game.

Looking at the radar it should be clear by game time. The hour by hour has it clear at game time with some rain around 4PM then clear again.

This team after losing 2 heartbreakers shows what it’s made of, these guys are tough as nails and there is no quit in them.

Well deserved, congrats to our MVP.

OK Colson!

Nice job by Eisert.

C’mon guys, win this game for Burke.

Time for a crooked number to help Burke out.

Acuna blistered that ball.

Start of another 10 game losing streak.

That may well be but give me Vargas over Colson.

No doubt he’s our MVP.

Vargas!

The way Gonzalez is hitting I didn’t like the bunt there.

A bunch of Ks,a homer, a bunch of Ks, a homer, a bunch of Ks a homer.

Great DP to get out of the inning with only one run.

All these walks are killing us.

Not hard to figure out, If you’re constantly getting picked off, you’re leads are obviously too long.
