    Flexen still has 2 years of control left. He very well can be moved this offseason or next year. For the price, he was fine. Not like they gave him a significant amount. Maldy was paid almost 3 times more.

    One of Getz best signings. Better than Clevinger, Pham, Maldonado, Tim Hill. Edit: and if you go just by WAR, better than Paul DeJong too.

    He was cheap and ate innings. And under control for 2 years. I don’t think it’s a failed signing at all. Much better signing than Clevinger, who never really ate innings in his career.
