  1. My 2 cents: he's a bad GM who is unqualified for the position who wouldn't be placed in this situation to fail if not for the owner. Don't really care to argue since it is what it is at this point until something changes at the very top.
  2. I don’t have a lot of faith in him but he shouldn’t be completely written off yet. I hope he proves me wrong.
  3. Too soon to throw out “bust” in regards to Zavala. Didn’t have anywhere close to a good season but looks like he’s made adjustments. Lets see how it translates this year.
  4. Feel like Rendon is just the DH then? Until he gets hurt that is (although, Moncada is also highly likely to get hurt himself).
  5. Is that how you feel about Robert then? Because Cease has a better history of health than Robert.
  6. He is off the IL technically. Guys come off the IL when season is over. He’s taking up an active spot.
  7. Yeah I agree. I don’t think teams would care about the extra $150k
  8. Agreed. Assuming Drury has a great spring and makes the team, you'd want to see him maybe play every day and see if he can recapture his power stroke to try to trade him later. I guess the DH spot is open but I am having trouble seeing where everyone else would play. Ramos I guess would be ticketed for AAA. Vargas? Is he at 3B? Seems like Rojas would be the primary starter at 3B. Vargas could play OF, but if you AB in LF and the platoon in RF. Idk, think I'm with you and would rather play the kids.
  9. Weirdly enough, I seem to recall KW as the one making some comments.
  10. I don't mind Amaya on the bench as the backup SS, but yeah, they can cut him when Colson comes up.
  11. I was hoping that Wilson could bounce back to what he was a couple of years ago but meh. I'm not mad they DFA'd him.

  13. DeLoach clears waivers. https://www.mlbtraderumors.com/2025/02/white-sox-outright-zach-deloach.html
  14. First bolded: Idk if I or anyone can say he "absolutely" earned it. Second bolded: huh? Third bolded: lol no it's not. He still has option years. It's not sink or swim time yet
  15. Add the third Spider-Man and the Mets (East Coast White Sox) lol
  16. He would be fine on the deal he signed with the Cubs. MiLB worth $1.5M. They must be hoping Rojas hits like he did the first couple of months of last year.
  17. I know I just said that to someone yesterday lol they signed with the West Coast White Sox
  18. Flip Sosa and Baldwin and I agree
  19. They already have a good SS in Zack Neto
  20. They should. I feel like I suggested this somewhere (probably in thread about non-rendering Vaughn but don’t really care enough to go back and look)
