Anyone live in Peotone? I’m from the south suburbs and considering a move to Peotone. Long story short, my fiancé and I would be able to build for cheap there and it is an option for where we want to live. I just have concerns that people wouldn’t visit us and running errands to the store wouldn’t be as quick as being in area like Tinley or Orland.

FWIW, the buyout should increase by another $1 mill after today. Another 50 PA and it increases another mill. If the buyout gets high enough, I think he would opt out.
