I like Cabrera as backup corner IF but this roster needs someone who can play SS, unless you bank on Leury to fill in here and there. If Anderson gets injured though, that could be an issue.

I wish Collins had some sort of trade value. Like a starting spot on some rebuilding team that can give him a shot in a C/1B/DH role for like a lottery ticket.

If they don't want to sign Bauer and don't want to spend on anyone else, sign Folty to a minor league deal, sign a catcher to a minor league deal with a $1m salary if he makes the team, and then sign Brad Miller to an MLB deal.
