  1. Maybe a corner OF? Don't the Cardinals have enough MLB-ready OF that they could possibly deal us?
  2. Still young enough to where we can give him another year or two. But I wish he would hit for some more power too.
  3. 1 and 2 with Moncada in the 3 spot? I'd be cool with that.
  4. Agreed. It's mostly on Yoan there to be yelling. I'd have to watch it again but does anyone know if he was even at third?
  5. Add the A's as an option. https://www.mlbtraderumors.com/2019/06/athletics-hoping-to-bolster-bullpen.html As for if he could go for a Top 100, I think he very well could. A back-half top 100 from a team that is deep and maybe has 5-6 Top 100 spects on the list.
  6. No, no we do not. There's a reason this guy hasn't managed in what, 7 years?
  7. Damn. Play should have been to third.
  8. Fry is going to walk in the winning run.
  9. Doesn't look very exciting. Kinda disappointing. Hopefully there's a couple other interesting signees.
  10. Not big at all but still. Better than the .157 AVG against righties.
  11. Just want to point out Yonder was hitting .262 with a .380 OBP against lefties before this game. So there appears to be a method to the madness lol
  12. Forgot where I saw it, but someone pointed out that Yonder has better splits against lefties than righties.
  13. I mean, Moncada isn't that good from the right side.
  14. Yeah. If this was a competitive year (meaning the rotation isn't held together with duct tape and rubber bands), he would be gone by now I would think.
  15. Like the large sample sizes in his good years when you still bashed him?
  16. Alonso is hosting some charity event this weekend. Chances he gets DFA'd early next week after the event?
  17. Hopefully. Use some of that money towards Cole.
  18. Yeah this is what I would do for now.
  19. Players on the IL come off at the end of the year. We always talk about that here when we go over any possible 40-man roster issues. And you do have a case for sending him to the minors since he hasn't pitched in over a year. Sure he'll have Spring Training, but I'm sure they will want to see him go 6-7 innings somewhat consistently before calling him up.
  20. Had to look at his stats. Wow. 7 walks on the year.
  21. He comes off the 60-day IL at the start of the off-season, no?
