    I did remember there being something about being on the 40-man. Like the date is slightly later than if a player was called up not on the 40-man (like Bryant).

    Yes their chances are great based on the remaining teams (Harper is the type of guy who wants a big market). It's just a matter of if they want to pay up or not. And this is the issue.

    Rockies are great about taking care of their own (CarGo, Tulo, Blackmon). I never expected him to hit free agency because of this.
