  1. https://fivethirtyeight.com/features/what-really-gives-left-handed-pitchers-their-edge/ You'll never stop posting stats that are just made up in your head that would have taken you 8 seconds to Google, like I did.
  2. A lot of people are correct in here that they won't be this bad for the whole season, the weather will help things, and MLB probably goes back to a super ball in the Summer because they are idiots and can't stop messing with things. The concern is still the offense not being able to hit RHP. Will it improve? Yes. Will they be able to make an impact against good RHP in the playoffs? I have serious concerns, and that's really all that matters after 1st round playoff exits in the back to back years
  3. You didn't answer his question, at all.
  4. Which are what, exactly? The World Series hopeful Chicago White Sox won a string of close games against two AWFUL teams.
  5. But he didn’t get crushed. That’s the point
  6. I actually agree. He’s not getting crushed, it’s early May and the bullpen has been used a ton with not a lot of days off. We treat these starters like they are babies, he’s at 91 pitches not 120
  7. Man the Red Sox are terrible
  8. What the hell are we doing here, why is this taking so long?
  9. They are playing better than they were. This is good. They still can’t hit RH pitching. This is bad.
  10. Still can't figure out if this is a bit or not.
  11. No, Apple TV has an app on Roku that is very easy to use.
  12. Prozac and Zoloft usually work for most people.
  13. Man I wish Abreu wasn't fucking awful this season.
  14. He's resting guys for the playoffs which is absolutely not a certainty at this point. I 100% understand looking at the big picture with things (and I couldn't care less that the Cubs are on the schedule) but he's gone overboard with the "keeping guys fresh" stuff
  15. But if you were using the data that is available, you shouldn't have come to that conclusion.

  17. They are facing a LH. I'm very happy to see the approach by the Sox right now but crushing LHP is nothing new with this team. We know they can do it, which is awesome. The problem is 2/3 of the league throws with their right hand the Sox can't seem to figure them out.
