Homeowning!
Did you do grounded outlets for all of them you replaced?

Homeowning!
Im going through this right now and actually have a question for the group if anyone has dealt with this. We just moved into an older home on the North Shore, believe it was built in the 50’s and a couple has lived there for over 40 years. Most of the outlets in the house are two prong. I want to upgrade a number of the outlets to 3 prong like in my office and the family room. Installing a new outlet that needs to be grounded can be more costly and difficult. I know they have the GFCI outlets that don’t need to be grounded but offer a little more protection, but I’m still not crazy about have 3 prong outlets that don’t have a ground wire. Anyone else dealt with that?

Where are Hahn and KW?
Hahn meets the media at the start of basically every new homestand. I think it's pretty rare at this point for Kenny to talk to the media. Honestly, I put more blame at the feet of the media that covers the team. There doesn't seem to be one guy on the beat that really gets on them and will ask the really tough questions. Everything is asked seemingly with a safety net built-in for them to answer. Additionally, Hahn speak is so bland anyway, I'm not really sure what we would even expect to hear.

White Sox @ Blue Jays 2:07 PM, Cueto (0-1, 2.41) vs. Manoah (5-1, 1.77)
Since the Grandal signing, they've absolutely given up on trying to improve the offense in any meaningful way.

Retooling / quasi-rebuild

Really went out on a limb on that one...- White Sox @ Blue Jays 2:07 PM, Cueto (0-1, 2.41) vs. Manoah (5-1, 1.77)
If I was working the Sox beat, here is what I would ask Hahn or TLR: "Spring Training 2022, you told us this team had World Series aspirations, that was the goal this year after having back-to-back first-round playoff exits. It's now June, you're below .500 and almost every position player on the roster is having a historically down season. Additionally, the amount of muscle injuries the team has faced seems to be quite dramatic. What is being done to fix this? Both the record and also the individual performances of your key players? As we get farther into June, is there a sense of urgency from the coaching staff, front office and players?" As a fan, I don't want them to just "make a move" to make a move, I think that's stupid. However, this current concoction of ingredients isn't working. Just isn't. It's also not still April, it's now June. You can't just sit here and hope it fixes itself.- 2022 Catch All

They'll fire Menechino and put out some stats about how many injuries they faced and how it impacted the team, and just come back with the same guys in 2023.- White Sox @ Blue Jays 2:07 PM, Cueto (0-1, 2.41) vs. Manoah (5-1, 1.77)
Tex, this is bad by you. The Sox had the bases loaded in the first and Grandal (.161 BA) ended up striking out with the bat still on his shoulder. Andrew Vaughn (.278 BA) never got a chance at the inning. That alone is unacceptable.- White Sox @ Blue Jays 2:07 PM, Cueto (0-1, 2.41) vs. Manoah (5-1, 1.77)
Right, but at least Michael finally cut the cord and brought in AK and Donovan, which I think is going to lead to an impactful change (if it hasn't already) I just don't see the same happening with Jerry still at the helm...- White Sox @ Blue Jays 2:07 PM, Cueto (0-1, 2.41) vs. Manoah (5-1, 1.77)
But here is the worst part and I don't know how you get past it as a fan (at least I don't know how...): Even if they "re-tooled" or even tried to "rebuild" again...why should we think for one second this FO would get it right this time? There is zero evidence to support they know what they are doing. So it's kind of like what's the point to all this? What are we doing if we know this FO, including ownership, is just stuck in this mode of constant mediocrity? That's why this season is so hard to stomach, for me at least. It really was the nail in the coffin for me that we just aren't going to get anywhere with the current structure in place. It's a 2000's Blackhawks situation...- White Sox @ Blue Jays 2:07 PM, Cueto (0-1, 2.41) vs. Manoah (5-1, 1.77)
Not sure who is taking on "this" Moncada at 17 mil for 2023 and 24 mil in 2024....- White Sox @ Blue Jays 2:07 PM, Cueto (0-1, 2.41) vs. Manoah (5-1, 1.77)
Yoan just wanted to get that AB over with, lol- White Sox @ Blue Jays 2:07 PM, Cueto (0-1, 2.41) vs. Manoah (5-1, 1.77)
I think 2005 was enough for Jerry. It got him what he wanted. Every that comes after is just gravy. As others have mentioned, the only way TLR ever made sense was Jerry "righting that wrong" from years ago. He wanted to close that chapter and this was his chance...set him up with what looked to be a ready-made winning ballclub. And in a lot of ways it was. When TLR took this club over...the arrow had probably never been higher on this franchise. A season and a half later, it's a dumpster fire.- White Sox @ Blue Jays 2:07 PM, Cueto (0-1, 2.41) vs. Manoah (5-1, 1.77)
They're all complicit in this. No one is forcing either to stay. If they hated it that much, and they're that talented of executives, they'll get another crack at running a ML team. But TLR has been here for over 200 games now...and they're still here so they are all in this together.- Montas gets Sox speculation
What future?- White Sox @ Blue Jays 6:07 PM: Kopech (1-1 1.29 ERA) vs Ryu (2-0 5.48 ERA)
- White Sox @ Blue Jays 6:07 PM: Kopech (1-1 1.29 ERA) vs Ryu (2-0 5.48 ERA)
Seriously where the hell is Moncada? What are we doing here? Why activate him like 4 days ago only to have 1 pinch hit opportunity? If he isn't ready to play everyday, what are we doing here? I'm so sick of rooting for an organization that ties their own hands behind their back so often.- Sox vs Blue Jays 6:07, Giolito vs Gausman
I don’t even like Madrigal, but ever since they made the trade, they seemingly haven’t made a single move that has made any sense. It somehow has completely broke their brains and to your point, the moves and time wasted and opportunities lost have probably cost this organization a ton of W’s- Sox vs Blue Jays 6:07, Giolito vs Gausman
It really is shocking when you look back at what they did. And it’s not like we didn’t see it in real time and this is just being an arm chair QB. I’ve said all along they deserve credit for making the playoffs in back to back years and putting together what looked like a very solid core. I still think it’s a good core if they could ever stay healthy, but that doesn’t seem possible. However, the “additions” they made to this team we’re so incredibly bad, I just can’t fathom what conversations took place over the offseason for them to land on guys like Harrison, Kelly, Pollock, etc. And think that was enough…- Sox vs Blue Jays 6:07, Giolito vs Gausman
