Right they had to change his fastball shape. But it was able to play in the minors the way it was. Unfortunately sometimes adjustments need to be made at the highest level, which might be what we’re watching with Schultz. It is frustrating as hell though, I don’t blame anyone for being annoyed.

I don’t think he’s any harder to watch than Cease was when he first came up. He’s far from a finished product.

If they do get Gray, they should call up Mason Adams and tell him to be Gray’s shadow. I always felt like Gray was Adams’ best case 100% outlook scenario.
