  1. Who cares about the cubs we got our own problems. we're being shut out by.... A FREAKING NOBODY! Lighten up. Our season is over unless changes are made. FAST! We need an ownership, GM, and managerial change. We need a REAL CF'er. We need a team that scores some freakin' runs from base hits and sac flys. All 6 runs last night courtesy of the longball. I take solice in the fact that the Cubs lose when my team sucks. Most Sox fans do. You're just pointing out the obvious
  2. CUBS LOSE! CUBS LOSE! CUBS LOSE! Walk-off HR by Johnson in the bottom on the 10th
  3. Baseball fans? Possibly. Idiot's that consider themselves "fans" only because of the ballpark and neighborhood that "their team" plays in that show blind devotion to a cheater? Very..... VERY doubtful ..... and it should be REPORTED BY THE CHICAGO MEDIA FAIRLY. But when is the last time the Chicago media was fair and objective in regards to the sCrUBS and Sox? Most in Chicago would never know that, like the sCrUBS/Yankees last week, that the last time the White Sox played the Dodgers was during the WS of 1959. And the last time the White Sox played the Giants was in 19-f***ing-17!!!!! 21 years LONGER than the last time the sCrUBS played the Yanks. :fyou CHICAGO MEDIA
  4. Sad isn't it? Only a few of the Chicago sportswriters have come out and openly called ShamME what he is. A cheater. Make no mistake people. ShamME has been cheating for a long time. He just finally got caught. I do think though that, until ShamME was caught cheating, to be a sportswriter in Chicago you had to show blind devotion to a fake baseball idol. Case in point..... Skip Bayless. During his tenure as a Chicago Baseball Beat Writer, all you ever read from him was "fluff pieces" on Corkin' ShamME Soso. Now that he's transferred to SF, the guy has been Soso's most outspoken critic media-wise. The guy doesn't have a nice word to say about the guy. After Jordan retired then went to DC, Chicago needed a new sports hero. Too bad the media embraced a wifebeating, steroid injecting, corked bat using, charity raping scumbag who could care less about his team or teammates..... just what makes him look good in the public's eyes. Meanwhile, Big Frank is making his legions of diehards smile and his legions of thrashers..... meaning fans that want to see this Big Frank of the past 2 weeks or so but have thrashed him (sometimes rightfully so) in the past..... smile also. BUT..... us thrashers (I am, admittedly, tough on Frank because I know he's better than .225) got to sit back and truly reconsider why we thrashed a guy that is none-of-the-above characterizations of Chicago's new "Baseball Idol."
  5. Great points as always in defense of one of my favorite current White Sox players Jose Valentin. However..... even I realize that JV trying to stretch a double all the way into a triple was careless baserunning. The ONLY way he's safe on that play is if the relay throw in totally f***ed. The relay throw could have been somewhat offline and JV still would have been out. He was out by 10 ft. as was.
  6. Not sure if this is what Ncorgbl was talking about, but I remember LA all but having a deal wrapped up for Frank during the past offseason when the White Sox invoked the "Diminished Skills Clause." JR stepped in at the last minute and Frank was able to "rework" his current contract and stay with the Sox. The "Diminished Skills Clause"..... yet another reason why Sox fans should be cheering Frank on. Give us something else we can shake in the face and jam up the ass of JR
  7. That was bulls***. Only bad call of the game. No way Frank went around..... although I thought the pitch had enough on the inside corner to be called strike 3. Home plate ump didn't see it that way though. We won..... and that's what is important
  8. Not sure if you were at the game and couldn't really see from where you were at, but trust me..... Lee dropped a ball that scored the tying run and it landed right in his f***ing glove . Me, Maury, and Guido all saw it from the SnR chopper
  9. That was pretty f***ing sad. He had a sure double and when I saw him running towards third I voiced, "What the f*** is he doing?????"
  10. I sure f***in' hope so. That HR he hit was f***ing HUGE !!!!!
  11. Was it on the throw to home on the scarifice fly or was it for the ball that fell in his glove on the warning track that he dropped ? Dumbass.....
  12. If Lee didn't drop that f***ing ball, the Padres never would have tied the White Sox..... and this game never would have been in doubt. Admit it..... Lee f***ed up. I don't care whether he hit a 3-run shot or not. He should have caught a ball that dropped square in his glove. Buttwad!
  13. Would have if Jimenez had done the job. Great point. Credit Billy with overcoming the fault of his teammate. No f***ing doubt. Dumbass Jimenez :fyou
  14. He winced after throwing a pitch in the 2nd inning I think. Herm and dumbf*** came out to see if everything was ok and Loaiza pitched a few innings after that. If it was a serious problem, I would hope Loaiza, Herm, and dumbf*** would shut him down and send him for tests immediately. He's been the only bright spot on this corpse of a team.
  15. Our CF position still blows. Time for JR to shell out some cash and sign a real CF'er
  16. Then f***ing leave dips***. Take your stupid ass lists with you too :fyou
  17. Most posters know that there is no hope for this team as is right now
  18. We might have been able to get Clemens. However, Schueler thought he was washed up and decided to go with Jaime Navarro . Good move douche :fyou
  19. At least it has a good soundtrack
  20. Loaiza is this teams only All-Star. Additionally, he has a legit case for starting the '03 All-Star Game barring a '03-like White Sox breakdown.
