Only problem with this is is that you need evidence of physical contact to make a Domestic Violence arrest. People aren't arrested for batteries on hearsay without evidence that a battery did occur. She probably had a bruise or cut on her head from where the bottle (or other object which ShamME flung at her) made contact resulting in ShamME's arrest.
