It was absolutely disgust for me at the only game I've seen in person as the Sox lost to the Orioles 4-0. I sat and watched Baltimore totally out play them fundamentally, especially defensively. Once again, I understand why they fired him but this team under Renteria was fun to watch and easy to root for. This team under LaRussa is frustrating and not very entertaining. I don't know if they've quit on him but this team's problems go way deeper than injuries.

I've been following the game thread posts and I think you're right.

I swear LaRussa makes more than 1 bad decision every single game. The old adage that a bad manager will cost you no more than 3 losses is just plain wrong with this guy. He really was the worst possible choice, it's unbelievable.

Special place in my heart....Carlos was my sons favorite player when he was young. He cried when I told him the Sox traded him away but he was ok when I told him we got 3 players back in return.
