I went to school in Ohio and I'm with Len...I don't get the Skyline Chili love.
-
For how rough of a career he had with the Sox and that he was a wasted 1st round pick....I still always liked the guy, Jack. I wish him nothing but the best, especially in a game the Sox are up 8 ?
-
Who's this guy actually throwing strikes out there? I didn't see that much in a Sox uniform.
-
Don't want to burn too many players...let Ruiz hit for Cease ?
-
We have the makings of one hell of a starting rotation....with an occasional spot start by the electric Michael Kopech. We can stay in this race!!
-
Cease going for leader in the clubhouse for player of the week.

I actually prefer Anderson as a table setter and love him at the top of the lineup. Jose needs to heat up soon and he knows that, unfortunately that might cause him to chase trying to do too much.
-
So Hamilton then?

Paulie handed him that baseball and Jerry's heart melted just like when the Winter Warlock got that choo choo....of course the Warlock then lost all his magical abilities so I don't know what that tells you. Sorry, my mind wanders when there's not a game on. -

I'm glad to hear Hamilton is a good defensive CF...they need to have that with Engel not coming back. I'd rather they let him patrol CF than putting Eaton out there. Defense should be even more important now. -

I sure hope you're wrong and they don't get a Paniagua like infusion of confidence -

Thanks for the positivity Ray...Eloy and Robert will be back for the playoff push and the playoff run through the AL....look out Padres, we will see you in October. -
Oh come the fuck on....what's next!?!

Luis Robert grade 3 strain/torn Hip Flexor, est. out 12-16 weeks

Just logged in hoping to see he will be back by AllStar Break. I just can't deal with this. The rest of this team needs to put on their big boy major league pants and the bullpen needs to be shit loads better now. -

It is a little sad that in May of the first year of our window I am pining for his return. -
Do those condensed games skip SoxMath and the Nationwide Jingle? If so, I'll have to give that a try.

He seems to mention that Nick grew up a Sox Fan and something about a bar in the suburbs numerous times. It was an awful lot that's all I know.
-
The only sure things in this life Ray are Death, Taxes, and that Jason Benetti will mention that Nick Solak is from Chicago 25 times a game when we play the Rangers.

Honest question: is Hamilton a decent CF? My apologies if he played there today...doing yard work this afternoon and missed the game. -
I'd love to be spoiled by 2 seasons in a row in the postseason some day.

People on Friday were not concerned because it was Bieber. What about now? I'm sick of tipping my cap to these f%$#ing Cleveland pitchers. -

Robert is so fun to watch, especially on defense. Hopefully not terrible news tomorrow and we will see him later in the season. Need Engel back soon to at least have good defense out in CF. -
Can't disagree with any of that. I was happy when they fired him the first time. Ricky had to go after the end of last season. I was perplexed by the hire but came around to it when I saw the staff he put around him. His in game decisions have been subpar to say the least and quite frankly his post game interviews where he always looks like he needs a nap are embarrassing. But in the end all that matters is where they are at the end of the season. The end of last season showed how important a manager can be. I hope LaRussa gets them on the right track and lets the talent that is there take over.

I do admire their ability to find and develop arms for their rotation and pen.
