  1. See, those brie eating cheese munching surrender monkeys can fight terrorism too!

  3. Dean & Kucinich are the only two Democrats that would viably be able to mobilize the left into anything cohesive to oust Bush. And I can say, as much as I hate Bush, I'd find myself voting for him if the Democrats nominate Lieberman. Lieberman scares me so much more. And the left won't be as divided because Nader is heavily considering not running for President because 2004 is too important an election to divide the left because the goal is to oust Bush from the White House. The evil of the Hussein regime may come to light, but that is NOT the reason the US went in for. They said that they KNEW Iraq had WMD's and if he didn't turn them over we would invade. After they couldn't find the WMD's, the idea became that we wanted "Iraqi freedom." [Quite the usage of Orwellian language by the Bush administration] If Paul Wellstone was still alive, I'd totally nominate him for President. And oh yeah did anybody see the huge fight between Al Franken and Bill O'Reilly on C-SPAN at the Book Expo?
  4. I was in Chicago since Thursday visiting some friends of mine and going to the United for Peace and Justice conference. I just got back last night from all of that. The CIA told Bush that they had no evidence that there were WMD's in Iraq or that Al Qaeda had ties to Iraq. Yet, Bush claimed they did. I don't know if anybody saw the Daily Show when they showed footage from CNN when they had Iraqi oil engineers getting the oil to start pumping and the US guy was happier than any of them. It was amazing and funny that the US is happier than the Iraqi people themselves about the oil beginning to pump. And like Tom Tomorrow has said "The reason for the war was the freedom of the Iraqi people...unless we find the WMD and then that was the reason again." And, KipWellsFan, they didn't respond because they know they're not correct. They backed an administration who says "The facts about their WMD will come." Now this may just be my common sense kicking in but WOULDN'T YOU WANT INDISPUTABLE FACTS BEFORE YOU WENT AND KILLED OVER 100 AMERICANS AND THOUSANDS OF IRAQIS?
  5. That is true. A friend of mine was watching the game and thought that was kind of odd.
  6. http://www.wired.com/news/culture/0,1284,59113,00.html That guy said it.
  7. http://www.buzzflash.com/contributors/03/0...02_franken.html HAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Take that O'Reilly! :finger :finger
  8. http://www.guardian.co.uk/usa/story/0,1227...,970335,00.html So, for all those people that said the war wasn't about oil, here's a little suggestion. Open mouth. Insert foot. The anti-war protests were right...just a few thousand lives too late. How does it feel though to have our troops sacrificed for 'Texas tea'? Still feeling great about how "truthful" this administration is, anybody? Support the troops....ship them off to die for oil!
  9. Or he could call Karl Rove. He's the GOP's best buddy. Found that on another page, haha.
  10. They can't turn the DP and Diamondbacks tie the game.
  11. I was watching FSN and they showed video where it looks like there is a white painted "C" on it. Makes him only look like MORE of a dumbass for using what may be a LABELED bat.
  12. Sosa press conference: Apology to all because it was not meant to happen. He picked up the wrong bat and "it happened." He said that it's his BP bat and he feels sorry. He has a really f***ing guilty look on his face though. And some guy asked if he couldn't tell the difference between the two to which he said "I picked the wrong bat." HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA :finger ShamME!
  13. I just got online a little bit ago after a day of reading and research and I have not stopped laughing my ass off about this ShamMe SoSo situation. It couldn't have happened to a more deserving person. I hope this shows him to be the no talent assclown that we all know he is. :finger Sammy and :finger Cubs
  14. Kobe Bryant, the Pope, a young boy and George W. Bush are on an airplane that is about to crash, but they only have 3 parachutes. Kobe grabs one and says "I am one of the greatest basketball players and people are going to want me alive." So he takes the parachute and jumps out. George W. Bush gets up and declares "I'm the leader of the free world. People need me." So he grabs a parachute and jumps out. So they're down to one last parachute and the young boy and Pope are left. The Pope kneels down and tells the child, "I have lived a long, full life so you should take the parachute." The child looks at the Pope and says "Thanks, but you can have one too. That idiot Bush grabbed my bookbag."
  15. Bin Laden's attacks are a direct result of US foreign policy throughout the world and especially in that region (i.e. Iran 1953, Middle East throughout the 1960s, Iraq in 1972-1975...there is more in William Blum's book "Killing Hope") If you want to discuss the murder of thousands of innocents, let's talk US foreign policy. 1954, the democratically elected leader Jacobo Arbenz of Guatemala takes power and has marginal land reform. United Fruit owned over half of Guatemala (the entire country). Arbenz asked United Fruit if the Guatemalan government could buy back ownership of the land [continue to allow UF to use it but pay taxes on it] for *gasp* the same price at which UF was buying it at. UF refused the 6 figure sum and asked for hundreds of millions in compensation. Arbenz refused and became hostile to UF, so like the peacekeeping force the US is we sent in the US Marine Corps and the CIA and overthrew Arbenz. Of special interest was the US bombing campaign of civilian villages there [even the US Embassy there put loudspeakers up playing sounds of bombs going off to scare the s*** out of the civilians] and the CIA strafed villages shooting peasants. Also, Arbenz tried to go on the radio to calm his people down. CIA jammed his signal. That's just one of too many examples of the US killing innocents. Or how about installing and arming the Pinochet government that killed 20,000 Chileans? Or the current funding of Columbia that has killed thousands? Or the SOA/WHISC that has killed hundreds of thousands of Central and South American clergy, women and children? If you want to be a Marine, Roman...Please check out the resignation address of Marine Commandant Smedley Butler.
  16. So did Bill Hicks. Bill's stuff was sooooo good.
  17. Jose drops a blooper and Sox lose 5-4 in 10
  18. Bases loaded after the intentional walk.
  19. Peace through violence. Kinda sounds like the Bush doctrine. "Bombing for peace is like f***ing for virginity." - Richard Nixon
  20. Joe Scarborough (Congressman from Florida who is now on Scarborough Country on MSNBC) Allhatnocattle.com and Bartcop.com have stuff on his murder of his intern. And if we are going to disarm and end states that sponsor terror, when are we going to get around to bombing ourselves, Roman? Check out the book "Killing Hope" by William Blum for information about what we've done in the name of "humanitarianism" and "human rights" throughout the world since 1945.
  21. Dude dont get on your high horse. There are f***ed up people in all aspects of life. I was just making a comment about the irony of the entire situation.
  22. This guy bombed an abortion clinic because he's a pro-life member. Pro lifers killing people. It's irony on a basic level, but I enjoy it.
  23. After her and Mr. Bill denied aid to East Timor [200,000+ killed by the Indonesian government that we installed there in 1965...death squads continue to this day] because they wouldn't play to the IMF/WTO ideas, I lost a lot of respect for them. Then they refused to change the drug laws like this one: if you have a pot brownie, they don't weigh the marijuana used in it. They weigh the brownie and your sentence is determined thusly. And then he chose Al Gore for his running mate. That was the death knell. And don't anybody say anything about the Monica bulls***. Joe Scarborough (R-murderer) KILLED an intern in his office, but that never made the press.
