I only see a salary floor helping the middle players. Forces owners to pay. A higher cap doesn't force anyone to pay, and actually just allows for the higher spenders to probably spend more likely on the bigger guys.

Vaughn is absolutely a reason to remove Eloy from LF. Eloy can't not get hurt. Vaughn is just as good (if not better) in the field already.

IU personally, am a poster and fan who would take the risk on him. risk = high. reward = high. Given what his cost will be and the FA starters left, I'd take the risk.
