Ya not a huge fan of this.  Better be getting  a difference maker in right. 

This is... disappointing. I'd rather have someone like Brad Miller.

Out of the possible 2b left on the free agent market, he was the best performer last year. If there were no trade options, he was a solid candidate. He also can play multiple positions, and I always liked the guy.

They coulda done better but at least they got someone.

I don't get it

I’m okay with this.  Especially if it means a bigger signing is coming for RF.

Underwhelming, but fine if they get Conforto or better for RF.

Not thrilled with this. He's better than Mendick, but this better mean they have a good solution for RF. 

2 time all star who plays the game hard.  He should be fun to watch with TA7.
 

Other orgs. may have a high asking price on 2B’s. 

Disappointed no one has said KW was behind this

While Leury performed better last year, JH has a better record of health, and you need positional depth that both of these guys provide together. 

If Conforto signs somewhere else, then you can explode. This is a decent setup. LaRussa can be as creative as he wants and it won’t be a mistake.

Now a 35 year old second baseman who is literally not an upgrade over Leury Garcia. 

Gotta go to dinner. This front office just sucks. Even with a RF, they basically did not upgrade 2nd base at all.
