Wow.. Over the last 5 season Keuchel has averaged a 3.7 WAR.... much higher than I expected.

I personally think they have 0 interest in Gonzalez due to his inability to throw strikes. They make no want that around their youngsters who ALREADY can't throw strikes. Someone with a better track record of strike throwing would seem like a better fit (Nova). Maybe they can help rub off on the younger guys, idk

Gonzalez a massive leap. I think many of our 15-30 prospects took leaps forward. HOWEVER some of our 1-10 didn't AT ALL or fell back.

Yeah there's def. a difference.. No one was worried about the Twins when they made it a few years ago. There are teams EVERY year that make it that you know aren't going anywhere. The A's last year also come to mind immediately.
