9/23 White Sox at Indians

Featured Replies

10 left. Start the countdown...

Gonzalez vs Bauer

Sox

Eaton, Anderson, Cabrera, Abreu, Morneau, Frazier, Garcia, Narvaez, Saladino

Indians

Santana, Kipnis, Lindor, Napoli, Ramirez, Chisenhall, Crisp, Naquin, Perez

Indians magic number is 4. Hopefully they clinch in Detroit next week.

Epic choke by Philly last night pretty much erased any chances of stealing the 10th spot in the draft. Would've been nice to eliminate an excuse that will be used this offseason to not sign top tier FA's.

Saladino scratched with a back.

Sanchez in.

Ugh. More games against Central Division teams. Robin's Sox career is so close to over. I wonder what he'll do next year? I'd think he has a lot of friends in baseball. Maybe bench coach for a good team?

I bet he goes back to his family.

Bottom of the4th innings and the Tribe is hitting Miggy Gonzalez real hard

Garcia gives Sox a 4-2 lead in top 5 with a homer.Bottom 5th Gonzalez give it back. Tied and he gets pulled

Sox hate the lead tonight

Over the course of the season from May 9th to today we have lost 23 games in the standings to Cleveland

Relief doesn't provide it. Coco Crisp batting .176 raking the Sox tonite Tribe leads 6-4

Pitching has completely fallen apart

Eaton makes a great catch and crashes into the CF wall, hurt something and is helped off the field. Let's hope it's not serious.

At least we're not the Orioles. They're playing like the 2012 White Sox at this point, getting blanked by Shelby Miller. Never thought the Tigers could actually do it.

Any report on Eaton

Sox website says his shoulder and head hit the wall hard, I'm thinking possible concussion.

Good god just make it stop. I wish the season was over already.

I know most won't agree, but in my opinion it's actually selfish to go balls out against a wall like that. It's one out in a meaningless game.

This might be the strangest and most back-asswards logic I've ever seen.

Shades of Rowand again...doesn't happen as often playing RF, but unfortunately Tilson went down his first game and Shuck is AAAA fodder.

The weird thing is Austin Jackson was supposed to be ready in mid-July.

Sox not even trying to win.
