November 3, 20169 yr Look at the bright side guys... this is all setting up for the perpetual doom that will be laid upon the wife beater... grand slam walk off!
November 3, 20169 yr QUOTE (Chicago White Sox @ Nov 3, 2016 -> 02:29 AM) Never mind, Francona is just handing the Cubs a World Series. What a f***ing idiot. Saving Miller for game 8
November 3, 20169 yr A pop gun offense and terrible defense is not how you win a world series. Cubs making the tribe look like a AAA team out there.
November 3, 20169 yr take your licks, I never predicted the indians defense to fall apart and hand two runs to the cubs but those homers are on kluber.
November 3, 20169 yr QUOTE (whitesoxjr27 @ Nov 3, 2016 -> 02:30 AM) I might call in sick Thursday. I can't deal with cubs fans at work. They will be calling off next two days, don't worry
November 3, 20169 yr QUOTE (iWin4Ron @ Nov 2, 2016 -> 08:30 PM) Look at the bright side guys... this is all setting up for the perpetual doom that will be laid upon the wife beater... grand slam walk off! That's the dream scenario, but about as likely as James Shields winning the Cy Young next year.
November 3, 20169 yr QUOTE (fathom @ Nov 2, 2016 -> 08:32 PM) They will be calling off next two days, don't worry Doubt it. They are having a cub's party tomorrow at work
November 3, 20169 yr well gentlemen, the only thing I can say is this feels a bit like being at a funeral for an old long suffering family member. It's sad, and you wish it didn't happen ever, or like this, but you knew it would happen at some point. That said, if you grew up in Bridgeport or Beverly or Palos or flossmor, you know what it's like to be a sox fan. It's an identity, a way of life. You aren't taking any solace in seeing your friends from the other side of town happy about this. It pisses you off. But in the end, we won first. 2005 happened before 2016. And part of my identity as a sox fan is strengthened, just like a family is strengthened with the loss of a loved one. I live 350+ miles away from the south side now and I hardly know any Cubs fans anymore. But this s*** goes back along time. And I'll say it now just like I always have. f*** the Cubs. Best team in baseball or not. I'm a sox fan. Alway will be.
November 3, 20169 yr The Indians need to come back and get at least one in the bottom half of this inning if they want any chance of winning. Have to start chipping away soon.
November 3, 20169 yr QUOTE (whitesoxjr27 @ Nov 3, 2016 -> 02:33 AM) Doubt it. They are having a cub's party tomorrow at work Never been so happy for their to be an election 6 days away
November 3, 20169 yr QUOTE (whitesoxjr27 @ Nov 2, 2016 -> 08:33 PM) Doubt it. They are having a cub's party tomorrow at work The tribe can barely turn a double play on a Scharwber routine ground ball. They have as much chance of coming back tonight as I have with sleeping with Kate Upton.

November 3, 20169 yr QUOTE (fathom @ Nov 2, 2016 -> 08:35 PM) Never been so happy for their to be an election 6 days away You're telling me. I doubt work would have Sox party...
November 3, 20169 yr Amazing the calls Bryant gets at the plate https://mobile.twitter.com/CubsUmp/status/793990153329115136
November 3, 20169 yr QUOTE (Swingandalongonetoleft @ Nov 2, 2016 -> 08:37 PM) Can Miller go 3+? It doesn't matter man. There isn't a pitcher on earth who could beat the Cubs tonight.
November 3, 20169 yr QUOTE (soxforlife05 @ Nov 3, 2016 -> 02:42 AM) Indians are so pathetic. What a choke job. Once Bauer blew up in 4th inning of game 5, they just lost all confidence
