Moncada K's swinging. Swing from the right hand side was less inspiring.

Yep, very stiff from the right side

Looked like two different dudes, to be honest.

Aaron Bummer having a rough go at it so far 3 ER and finally recorded the first out of the inning.

Ha, having a few beers and watching the Knights on MILB.TV with the windows open for once isn't too bad, especially after the Sox kick some ass.

LOL, the Knights ball boy ventures a tad too far to catch a foul fly ball, almost in fair territory.

Collins throws base stealer out

He's honestly my sleeper this year. He's obviously got the accolades and credentials and what not. But I think he becomes a top 50 prospect this year.

Collins now 3-3 with two doubles, a single and a walk. Knights now down 8-7, Smith doubled home Hayes then Liriano singled to bring it back to a 1 run deficit.

MONCADA ALERT! 2 on 2 out

*Strikes out swinging.

0-6 with 6k for Hawkins and Barnum. Two very bad players

Rough night for Basabe.

Gotta like Collins big game though.

Do not see either guy having much of a future with the Sox.

Booker, Fisher, and Zavala due up in the BOT 9th for Kanny, down 7-5.....Burdi also in to pitch now for Charlotte.

Edited by Sleepy Harold

I'm glad Burdi had a few bad outings in Arizona. Absolutely no rush.

He hit his first batter, btw.

Moncada singles to lead off BOT 8th, Delmonico flied out to left, Moncada just stole 2nd.

Letting Burdi pitch another inning.

Guess they wanted to see how he fared head to head with Alvarez, who was sitting on 5 RBI's into that AB.

Tie game, bases loaded (two on intentional walks, one to Moncada, who's reached 4 times in 6 PA)...in bottom of the 9th.

Had two opportunities with Delmonico and Willy Garcia but both struck out against Logan Verrett.

On to the 10th, Beck in for Charlotte.

Knights threatening in the 10th right now, runners on 1st & 3rd with 2 out. Soft tapper back to the pitcher ended the inning.

Edited by Sleepy Harold

After two quick pop outs, three straight walks load the bases, Kevin Smith with the walkoff single in the BOT 11th, Knights win 9-8!

There's a name from the past: Zach Stewart with the L against Charlotte. Charlotte is gonna be a lot of fun to watch this year.

There's more people at this game than there were at the Sox game this afternoon lol

I wouldn't be shocked if the minor league game threads here are longer than the GTs on Pale Hose.

Burdi's K numbers are going to be silly.

Sox need to just cut bait.
