Q had four garbage starts last year. Hopefully this is just one of his four this year.

He'll do better next Tuesday in Cleveland.

I like the hustle from Melky there

Abreu gets a gift RBI to start the year.

Game day has the Sox leading 5-3. Wha?

Um...what the hell is going on? MLB Gameday app is ...confused.

Kinsler is a guy that if he stays healthy could start to sniff HOF consideration in a few years.

Q is probably the only player you pray gets off to a good start

True but I don't think one bad out will do anything to hurt his value, especially one this early

Yeah, the only thing with Q is there is a bunch of "why is he so good at preventing home runs?" and the answer was, well he just is. But without a good reason people will be quick to judge when he starts giving up HR at an accelerated rate as regression.

First 1/2/3 inning of the game for Q.

I'm gonna follow game day. Avi starts off the year with a bang, going yard on a 2-run bomb. Or in reality, did he strike out?!?

His value as a trade piece means more to the White Sox than whatever he does on the field.

Does one terrible game jeopardize his vaue? No, and I don't think anyone has suggested as much. But it absolutey cannot be a reoccurring problem.

It's easy for Hahn to hold off trading Q assuming he'd pitch at his usual level and maintain trade value . "Wait until the trade deadline" ive heard many say. But if he doesn't......wow, that would be TERRIBLE for this franchise's rebuilding effort. It's just the risk we've accepted.

I expect after 6 starts, Quintana will have an ERA around 4, and trending in the right direction.

This is just a sloppy game. Ugh. Verlander threw that right into Avi's side.

Narvaez drove that one to the track in RF.
