Sox and Jays 6/16 game thread

Featured Replies

Q going today. That ERA over 5, would be nice to get it lower today. Hopefully the offense keeps it up through this series. Would be nice to take at least 2 out of 3.

Blue Jays starter has an 3.38 ERA, but a 1-5 record. Sounds like he has had a Quintana-esque start to the season.

Go Sox!!

After this road trip, the White Sox will only have 35 games left that won't be played in Chicago this season.

Good info. It has felt like every home stand is 3 games and then they go on a 10 game road trip.

We only have 3 bench guys?

Been that way for a while.

Hanson leading off and playing CF is a bit of a surprise...

37 minor league games in LF, one in CF, guess they've seen enough of Willy Garcia there for now. Arm doesn't play in CF.

775 minor league ops versus just 527 in 93 at bats for MLB

Bautista played that ball about as terribly as you possibly could...but we'll take it, 2-0.

Frazier sac fly, 3-0. Picked up Avi. Davidson double...very late slide, almost broke leg or ankle.

4-0, error on Jays. Anderson reaches on hit and an error, ball thrown down the line.

Otherwise known as "road games."

Narvaez does not hit enough to be an MLB catcher

He does walk a ton, though. He's fine as the back up.

Yep.

Would be nice if Quintana could end today with his ERA under 5.00.

Yonkers with an infield hit to start the 2nd. Don't stop now!

Melky with a 2 RBI double! 6-0 Sox! Keep this s*** going!

Perfect game for rebuild so far.

Hanson brings some excitement to the field...increasing athleticism across roster. Like two Leury's.

Abreu with a triple and double already, 7-0.

Cycle watch in the 2nd inning! Jose with a triple & double after 3 outs!

Since you want to be a smart ass, there are 2 road games played in Chicago.

Oh, Dick.

s*** ABs by Davidson and Anderson, there.

f***

We're gonna win this one easy, but I fully expect Quintana to continue to s*** on himself.

Maybe someone will give us a top prospect for him because he had a nice fWAR, once.
