Indians winning 11 in a row... could easily see them winning the next few against us to keep it going.

 

Shields starting is very uninspiring, think ill pass on this.

Big Game James has to give up a homer. At least it was with bases empty

Engel made a sensational catch. We had three fine defensive plays and then Liriano gets his furstvhit and homer as a Sox

Benetti's attempt at stand-up during the game is very annoying. I know people defend him on here but him trying so hard to be witty and cute is as bad as Hawk's Yaz and golf stories.

That'd be pretty dumb of Cleveland to get in a fight with the Sox and possibly derail their season if somebody gets hurt. Great teams do not need to fight pathetic teams to prove a point. If the Sox charge the mound, though, the Tribe will have to fight back.

But at least now there seems to be some real hope for the future (and we all know what happened for the franchise starting in 1951 through 1967 don't we???)

For telling the truth in a game thread? They have a great team; ours is pathetic. The Indians took a while to get going but have woken up and appear primed to finish the job this year. The Sox are doing their thing, but it's currently a pathetic baseball team.

 

p.s.: Any Rymer Liriano fans on here? He seems to attack the baseball
