January 24, 20188 yr Best example of a so called team friendly extension that was 100% in the players advantage. I hope Bud Norris has issued him a major apology
January 24, 20188 yr QUOTE (Leonard Zelig @ Jan 23, 2018 -> 06:46 PM) Is this for pot? If so, this is so stupid. Apparently yes it is. And I agree.
January 24, 20188 yr QUOTE (Leonard Zelig @ Jan 23, 2018 -> 06:46 PM) Is this for pot? If so, this is so stupid. After a third failed drug test, you deserve what you get.
January 24, 20188 yr QUOTE (ptatc @ Jan 24, 2018 -> 08:39 AM) After a third failed drug test, you deserve what you get. Yeah whether it is dumb or not (it is), if you fail 3 times it's kind of on you haha
January 24, 20188 yr QUOTE (ptatc @ Jan 24, 2018 -> 08:39 AM) After a third failed drug test, you deserve what you get. Weed stays in your system in trace amounts longer than booze. It is also much less harmful to the human body than booze. I don't even smoke weed but it shouldn't be tested for IMO. If you show up to work sober, I couldn't care less how you get your buzz on.

If you're employer has a policy and you fail it 3 times, you get what you deserve.
January 24, 20188 yr I still think holding players back from being called up unless they signed team friendly extensions was wrong but yes there was still risk on team side and this was a case.
January 25, 20188 yr QUOTE (ptatc @ Jan 24, 2018 -> 09:01 AM) Doesn't matter. I don't care what it is. If you're employer has a policy and you fail it 3 times, you get what you deserve. Yep. I think it should be legal, but he knew he couldn't do it when he signed the contract.

January 25, 20188 yr QUOTE (BlackSox13 @ Jan 24, 2018 -> 01:00 PM) The Ricky Waters of baseball. Minus that he never got "married" to Ditka or was arguably one of the 2-3 best players in his sport, ooops....thought you were talking about Ricky Williams, haha. Watters from ND, mostly SF 49ers and Eagles fame. Edited January 25, 20188 yr by caulfield12
January 26, 20188 yr QUOTE (caulfield12 @ Jan 24, 2018 -> 11:43 PM) Watters from ND, mostly SF 49ers and Eagles fame. Remember that playoff game when he ran wild against the Bears? I think that was `94 or `95.
