May 12, 20187 yr Something to keep in mind: to start this year you wouldn’t find anyone that would say Bo Bichette (outside of blue jays org) would stick at SS. Latest reports? “Wow Bichette looks great at short!” these “so and so is NOT a catcher” reports are not gospel. They may turn out accurate, but don’t write off players based off predictive reports.

If a scout catches him on the wrong day, suddenly he has no chance at sticking at catcher. The Sox have comprehensive tape on him and should know better than anyone his likelihood of sticking at catcher. Their public optimism tells me he is not as bad as these reports make him out to be.
