Seems like the Sox shift too much.  Was reading some stuff on it the other night.  Many teams are pulling back from all the extreme shifts for various reasons, including that it leads to a lot more walks, probably because pitchers are trying to be too fine with their location.

I would love to see a chart of where the pitches were location wise on every Engel hit. I feel like he can hit the low pitch, anything middle or up he isn't even close

Is Yolmer a utility player? Doesn't utility player mean bench guy, or is it another term used for someone who can play multiple positions? Because last I checked Yolmer is and has been our starting third baseman since opening day, and rightfully so.
