He seemed to have both plus stuff and pitchability, which is something rare at the top level of the organization after watchingKopech, Fulmer and Giolito’s struggles. He should probably be back in 2020. You almost have to account for a TJS in a young pitchers development cycle. The procedure is so prevalent in modern pitcher development.
