With a below average fastball spin rate, and almost non-existent secondary stuff, I'm not sure he's anything more that AAAA fodder to be honest. I have more faith in Giolito and Dunning than him. Giol

  • Probably a Giolito start absent of walks.

  • Watch out, you are gonna get Thad and WBWSF in here repeating themselves with this bat signal

More inexcusable awful fundamentals leaving Moncada with a sore head and Avi a little stunned.

f***ing communicate, holy s***

That really pissed me off. Thank god nobody was hurt. I thought Moncada was.

You saw that coming a mile away too. So stupid.

Lance Lynn is a f'n slob. Look at the gut on him.

I really don't care for professional athletes who don't care enough to keep themselves in shape. Except for Bartolo - he gets a pass. When you're 45 and still playing. Say "F it" if you want. I don't understand the others, though.

Swing the bat, those at bats are inexcusable

This is the second time this has happened to Yoan. He has GOT to learn to cede the play to the OF.

That's some terrible pitch selection/location

Definitely missed his spot, but that’s not terrible pitch selection.

I try not to think about Lopez's xFIP in the mid 5's -- but sometimes it's hard not to think some of this has been a mirage.

Still like him, but it's worth noting.

xFIP sucks.  It's no better than FIP for predictive power and in some cases is even worse than ERA it appears, or it's about as good either way.

I used to love xFIP but the adjustment for HR "luck" somehow actually makes it worse than FIP.  By FIP, Lopez is a solid 4th starter.  That's not bad given where he's at in his career.

speaking of sucks, this wine I just bought sucks.  fuck.

Morneau is great on the Mic, for those that are tired of the Sox team.

TA needs to stop worrying about striking out and start guessing with two strikes.

Look fastball dude, come on...

lol, so much for my xfip comment.  Gonna need to find more than fastball second time through.

He ain't an athlete. He's a baseball player. (Said in my best kruk impersonation).

Got nothing on that breaking ball, ugly.

Lopez getting hit HARD. Not missing bats and everything off Minny bats are being scalded.

That is the definition of a "get me over" breaking ball.

He's making good pitches tho to get guys.   That was a better, slower breaking ball.
