I made mention of this a few weeks ago, so this isn't me overreacting to the situation, but he's one of the most frustrating hitters to watch in all of baseball.

Maybe they just really want to know they have someone at that position for the next 3-4 years they can rely on to at least catch the ball.

Yeah I personally think he's the 2nd best catcher in the game behind Realmuto so the hate he gets here is confusing.
